Remington Park is an entry level back-to-back townhouse product. There are two unit types, an end and an interior model which vary from 1638 and 1742 square feet. Both have 20' by 28' footprints. Both models are three bedrooms with the master bedroom on the third level. The original design called for brick on every other unit, however later this was revised to provide every other unit with a two foot step forward with a roof gable above to distinguish the individual units.
