| Falls River is a traditionally planned community in North Raleigh. Front porches and vernacular house styles were required by developer East-West Partners. While garages were permitted to be front-loaded, garage walls needed to be well behind the front facade of the house. Some house designs had alley-loaded garages. Houses ranged from 1500 to 3000 square feet. |
