Bluegrass Park is a 165 unit townhouse neighborhood which is part of a larger master planned community within the city of Virginia Beach. These three-story townhouse designs provide a one or two-car attached garage and four floor plan options. A mid-level entry porch softened the grade change from the garage to the main living floor. Footprint widths were from 22-24 feet, and units ranged from 2,098 to 2,245 square feet.
