This unbuilt project included four-plexes planned for the center of a 250 acre large lot community as an active adult component of the site. The two plans ranged from 32-40 feet in width and from 1,900 to 2,400 square feet. End units featured first floor master suites and side-loaded two car garages. The elevation has traditional New England materials and colors.
