Summerfield at Elverson is a mixed-use, traditionally planned community in western Chester County, PA. Built on the developer’s family farm, Summerfield has been recognized locally and nationally for environmentally responsible design and for overall design excellence. House types at this equestrian community range from estate homes to multifamily twins and townhouses. A stable, bank barn community center and several period farm house designs are located throughout the community.
