This unique design consists of "stacked townhouses" in a three-story building. Each model has a one car attached garage accessed in the rear of the building and a entry door for visitors on the front elevation facing the street. Floor plans include two and three bedroom models which range from 1480-1745 square feet. Balconies and decks are located on both the front and rear elevations to maximize privacy.
