This 80-unit townhouse community in south Charlotte was geared to the active adult market. All models included a master bedroom on the first floor and a two-car garage, which was accessed from a rear alley. Units ranged from 36 to 46 feet in width and from 2,120 to 2,620 in square footage. With the garages off the front elevation, a pleasing street view of the buildings was accomplished.
