| West Ridge is a 129 unit single family community in the Grand Strand area. A total of 13 models were offered with most of the models being single level ranch plans with an optional bonus room over the garage. Plans ranged from 1200 square feet to 2200 square feet and appealed to retirees and entry level buyers. |
