| This 80-unit active adult community is located in northern Connecticut. The six 50 foot wide models included ranch and two-story plans which ranged from 1350-2500 SF. All plans included at least one bedroom on the first floor and a two-car garage. Elevations reflected traditional New England styles such as the Cape Cod. |
