Chestnut Street Houses

This pair of houses, based on similar floor plans, have a unique design that includes a side loaded garage buried in the center of the plan. The two-car garage is virtually hidden from the street view of the houses, yet very accessible to the interior space. The wrap-around porch further mitigates the garage location as well. The houses are 3,434 square feet and are found in the plan library under "The Cherry Tree".
