Location: Moyock, NC
Client: Chesapeake Homes

Eagle Creek is a golf course community in Moyock, NC, south of the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. The Estate Collection consisted of move-up ranch and two story plans in the 2000 - 3500 SF range. Models were built on crawl foundations and had primarily brick facades. Some models had fairway views while others were sited adjacent to wooded open space.
