This 126-unit townhouse community features rear-loaded two-car basement garages keeping the front elevation free of garage doors creating a more attractive streetscape. Three models were offered, all of which were 22 feet wide for interchangeability based on market preferences. All plans were 1800 SF and included three bedrooms, some with a first floor den.
