This master down plan fits into the model found in turn-of-the-century small towns with it's useable front porch and symmetrical elevation. Inside the plan offers a study on the first floor with the master, a large living room and both formal and informal dining areas. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a bath. This plan can easily accommodate an attached garage at the side or a detached garage in the rear of the lot. This plan is documented with a crawl foundation and an alternate elevation in the bungalow style, seen in the photo at left.
